Use: My art is for personal use only. You are allowed to post it on any social media platform (as long as you credit me). And print it for yourself. However, you're not allowed to duplicate it for business purposes. Do not remove my signature. Equally, I compromise not to use it for profit.

COPYRIGHT: The art I provide belongs to me (Naomi Mevil) and I do not give my consent for it to be used in AI apps. I reserve the right over the finished artwork. I may use your commission piece in my portfolio/future commission samples and use it in self-promotion.

Dimensions: You will receive two files: A PNG file 3500 x 2480 px at 300 dpi; and a PDF file for printing. For bust commissions the dimensions will be 2480 x 3100 px a 300 dpi (for only one character). Files will be sent via email.

Payment: Via PAYPAL. I require upfront payment of 50% to start any commission piece and the other 50% before your art is turned in to you. If you want to pay the full price at the beginning that's fine too in case you don't want to split up the payment.

Process: After the first payment is received. I will send you a sketch for corrections and approval (You can ask for heavy corrections in this stage, if needed). Once approved the next preview will be before the second payment, I will send you a low-res copy of the artwork (This will be the last time you can ask for soft correctios). Once approved, I will request the second payment to send you the high-res files.

Time: Completion of the artwork may take 3 weeks to 2 month depending on your place in my queue, In case I need more time to finish I will let you know. If you require an express piece, it can take a week and will have an extra cost of 50%.

Refuns: Once the work is finish there are no refunds. That's why there are revisions and corrections.

Cancellations: You have 72 hours after the first payment to cancel any commission work to be a candidate for return (conditions of the following section). Does not apply for sketch commissions.

In case of cancellation: If you made the first payment (50%) and I already sent you the sketch there is no return (the conceptual work has already been done and the first payment covers the time invested). If you made the payment of the total cost (100%) upfront, and I already sent you the sketch, I wil only return 50%. If I haven't sent you the sketch I will return the total of your payment.. Does not apply for sketch commissions.

Canceled commission: In case of cancellation in the middle of the process, only the sketch will be sent, in full size. Do not remove my signature.

Note: I reserve the right to decline any request.

Description: Let me know what you have in mind for this commission! If you want something specific don't forget to mention it (body specifics, mood, expression, poses, clothes, etc) If you are not sure of what you want, we can discuss it, don't worry. Artistic freedom is also an option.

Reference: Image references are greatly appreciated. For things like armors and guns references are a must.
