Commission request:

Naomi Mevil only receives commission requests on my official social accounts, direct email and this form.

Once the client has sent their request, they will receive a response from the artist Naomi Mevil within the next 48 hours.

The email provided by Naomi Mevil will contain a response accepting or declining the commission.

If this is accepted, it will contain the total cost of the work, estimated delivery time of the sketch, and final work.

Commissions that Naomi Mevil accepts: fanart, original characters, real people in her style, Ships, OTPs, semi-furry, artistic nudes and soft NSFW.

To draw Armor and Weapons, visual references are required.

Commissions that Naomi Mevil DOES NOT accept: NFTs, Mecha, Vehicles, intense gore, Very complex and detailed backgrounds. Copy another artist's style.

The client can ask if there is anything they want that is not mentioned.

The artist Naomi Mevil reserves the right to cancel a commission at any stage of the process if any of the terms and conditions presented in this text are violated such as: communication gap, the client not responding to emails or messages in within 7 days, inability to understand changes made to the commission by the client, aggressive, difficult, rude or inappropriate behavior on the part of the client.

Naomi Mevil reserves the right to decline any request.

Communication

Artist Naomi Mevil will communicate with the client throughout the commission creation process. It is the client's responsibility to respond in a timely and prompt manner since:

Artist Naomi Mevil will not continue working on the commission without written approval from the client.

If artist Naomi Mevil has not received any response from the client after 7 days, Naomi Mevil reserves the right to cancel the commission.

Artist Naomi Mevil will keep a personal record of correspondence with the client.

If the client requires WIPs of how their illustration looks like, they can request them during the first review so that the artist Naomi Mevil can indicate the dates on which they will be sent.

Work in progress (WIPs) are only for commissions that will take more than a month to complete.

The client is entitled to two WIPs.

WIPs are NOT reviews.

If contacting the artist Naomi Mevil through any of her social networks, the client must provide an email through which the artist will send the finished commission.

If contacting the artist Naomi Mevil by email, the client has the option of providing an alternative means of contact that facilitates communication (facebook or instagram inbox, x, discord. NOT whatsapp or telegram), otherwise Naomi Mevil will assume that email is the means by which communication will be established.

Working mode

After confirming the first payment Naomi Mevil agrees to send a sketch in the next 3 to 5 days for the client to review and make corrections if necessary. In this first review, the client has the right to make major corrections such as: changing pose, clothing, expression, various colors. The corrections must be described in the same email/message.

Once approved, the illustration will continue to be finished.

When the illustration is finished, a low resolution screenshot will be sent to the client for review. This will be the last opportunity for the client to make changes. Minor corrections such as: color adjustment, adding or removing small details are allowed at this stage.

(If the client requires more significant changes, they will have to pay an extra cost for them)

Once approved, Naomi Mevil will require the second payment to be able to release the high resolution files to the client.

NO editable files are sent.

Sketch commissions do not have reviews.

Dimensions

Thigh up type and full body illustrations have a minimum size of 3500 x 2480 px (A4 size); and a resolution of 300 dpi. In the case of bust-type illustrations, the minimum dimensions will be 2480 x 3100 px at 300 dpi.

Maximum size to work is tabloid (11x 17 in /3300 x 5100 px).

The resolution will always be 300dpi.

If you require a specific size, you must notify in advance.

The orientation of the illustration will be accommodated based on the composition of the illustration or the client's requirements (it must be specified if necessary).

Naomi Mevil will obligatorily deliver two files;

1 PNG (RGB color)

1 PDF document (CMYK color) for printing.

Payment method

Payment must be made via PAYPAL.

Naomi Mevil requires a 50% deposit to start any commission piece, the other 50% must be deposited before the completed commission is sent to the client.

Time

Completion of the artwork may take 3 weeks to 2 month depending on your place in Naomi mevil's queue, In case the artist need more time to finish she will notify the client.

If the client require an express piece, it can take a week to complete and will have an extra cost of 50%. In these cases, the client must commit to answering the review emails/messages within a period of no more than 4 hours.

Use

Naomi Mevil's art is for the client's personal use only.

The client is allowed to share it on their social networks (with credits to the artist Naomi Mevil), print it for themselves or as a gift, however they cannot reproduce it for profit (prints, postcards, stickers, t-shirts, tote bags, etc.).

It is not permitted to enter Naomi Mevil's art in contests of any kind without the consent of Naomi Mevil and under the name of third parties.

It is not allowed to delete Naomi Mevil's signature.

The illustration made by artist Naomi Mevil cannot be used to train any artificial intelligence software.

Naomi Mevil agrees not to use the commission requested by the client for profit.

Naomi Mevil reserves the right over the finished artwork. The commission piece may use only in Naomi Mevil's portfolio/future commission samples and use it in self-promotion.

Returns

The artist Naomi Mevil reserves the right not to issue refunds once the illustration has been finalized and the screenshot has been sent.

This will be out of respect for the time the artist Naomi Mevil invested in its creation. In addition to the fact that the client approved the sketch presented.

In case of cancellation

If the client deposited the first payment (50%) and the artist Naomi Mevil has already sent the sketch for review, there will be no refunds (regardless of whether the client responded to the email or not).

If the client deposited the full commission cost (100%), and the artist Naomi Mevil has already sent the sketch, only 50% of the payment will be returned.

If the artist Naomi Mevil has not yet sent the sketch, she agrees to return the full cost paid to the client

The client have 72 hours after the first payment to cancel any commission work to be a candidate for return . This does not apply for sketch commissions.

Canceled commission: In case of cancellation in the middle of the process, only the sketch will be sent, in full size. Do not remove Naomi Mevil signature.

Your Name or user name: Or nickname and social media of your preference to contact you through revisions. The final illustration is delivered only by email.

Number of characters (1/ 2/ 3..)

Reference: Image references are greatly appreciated. For things like armors and guns references are a must.
